hen it comes to business attire, I always love to put a fun unique flare on an outfit. Let’s be honest, it can sometimes be a little boring so why not experiment (if you can)? My go-to for a professional occasion is a classic blazer and slacks combo. You can never go wrong with it. To personalize it to your taste you can experiment with different silhouettes and cuts.
I have personally loved the dressing up of culottes within work wear and these white culottes were a game changer. The denim material and high-waist maintains the structure while the loose legs still make them comfortable to wear.
But what interested me the most about these culottes were cut and the detail on the legs. I loved the stripe effect and most especially the frayed edges, a subtle uniqueness.
To make these pants the center of attention, I went for a neutral monochromatic mock-neck and blazer combo, nude strappy block heels, golden jewelry giving an overall airy and natural color scheme.
I’m definitely going to be on the hunt for more culottes and wide leg pants! How do you personalize your business attire?
